Gerard Roy 1953 - 2005 SAINTE-MARIE DE KENT, NB - Gerard Roy, 52, of Sainte-Marie de Kent passed away at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton, NB on Saturday, November 12, 2005 after a lengthy illness. Born in Sainte-Marie de Kent, NB on April 6,1953, he was the son of the late Aurèle and Jeanne (Belliveau) Roy. He was a carpenter and attended Notre-Dame du Mont Carmel Roman Catholic Church, Sainte-Marie de Kent. He is survived by one sister, Maria Roy and one brother, Jean-Paul, both of Moncton and by several aunts, uncles and cousins. Remains are resting in the Notre-Dame du Mont Carmel Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room, Sainte-Marie de Kent with visitation on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 5:30 to 6:45 pm. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 15, 2005 at 7:00 pm at the Notre-Dame du Mont Carmel Roman Catholic Church, Sainte-Marie de Kent. Interment will be in the Parish Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements are in the care of the Maillet Funeral Home, Bouctouche.
