Muriel E. Alward Muriel E. Alward, 82, of ProTem Health Services, Moncton, and formerly of Riverview and Salisbury, passed away at her residence on Friday, November 18, 2005. Born in Plaster Rock, she was the daughter of the late Victor and Sarah (Armstrong) Brown. Muriel was a retired Registered Nurse, graduate of the Victoria Public Hospital, Fredericton, school of nursing, member of the Moncton Wesleyan Church and was formerly involved in the Lay Pastor Ministry. Muriel will be sadly missed by her daughter, Linda Hawbolt (Ross), Moncton; son, Blaine (Gloria), Ottawa, ON; special granddaughter, Sarah; sisters, Catherine Feero, St. Andrews: Ruth Jones (Don), Salisbury; brother, James Brown, Pincher Creek, AB; several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband, John Alward (December 1991); daughters, Anne and Dawn; great-granddaughter, Emma; sister, Mary; brother, Donald. Visitation at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995), Monday 2 to 4 to 7 to 9pm.
