Sylvie Belliveau

Sylvie Belliveau 1918 - 2005 Sylvie Belliveau of Villa Providence, Shédiac and formerly of Robinson and Lutz St., passed away after a lengthly illness on Tuesday, November 22, 2005. She was the wife of the late Joseph Camille Belliveau (2001). Born in Moncton on December 1, 1918, she was the daughter of the late Résimond and Hermenie (Bourque) Bourgeois. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Sylvie was a loving mother, grandmother, aunt and a friend to everyone who knew her. She will always be remembered by her three daughters, Doris (Paul) Bourgeois, Louise H. (Léonard) Cormier both of Pointe-de-Chêne (formerly of Moncton and Dieppe) and Jeannette (Donald) LeBlanc of Dieppe; two sons, Armand (Thérèse) of St. Paul, Camille (Judy) of Notre-Dame (both formerly of Moncton); a daughter-in-law Thérèse (Terry) Belliveau, a sister-in-law Marie-Rose Gaudet; twelve grandchildren, Suzanne, Rhéal, Natalie, Michel, Micheline, Nicole, Jean-Maurice, Robert, Tammy, Sylvie, Denys and Julie; two great grandchildren, Eric and Josée. Besides her husband, she was predeceased by three sisters, Fernarde, Marguerite (child) and Marguerite Goguen; five brothers, Gérard, Alphonse, Joseph, Pierre, Tilman and one nephew, Maurice Goguen. Resting at Tuttle Brothers Funeral Home, 171 Lutz St. Moncton with visitation on Thursday, November 24, 2005 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Cathedrale N-D L'Assomption on Friday, November 25, 2005 at 11:00 am with Fr. M. Leger officiating. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery Dieppe. In lieu of flowers and in our Mom's memory, donations may be made to the Oncology Center of the Dr. Georges L. Dumont Hospital Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society, Heart and Stroke Foundation of NB or to the memorial of your choice. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Tuttle Bros.
