Robert Cormier 1931-2005 SHEDIAC, NB - Robert Cormier, 74, of Sackville Street, Shediac passed away at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, November 30, 2005 after a lengthy illness. Born in Cap-Pelé November 14, 1931, he was the son of the late Clément Cormier and the late Lina Jaillet. He was an avid gardener and loved woodworking. He had a passion watching his grandson play "Hockey". Prior to his retirement, he was employed with Lockhart's in Moncton. Robert will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 49 years, Thérèse (Landry) Cormier; his daughter, Jeannette Gallant (Mike) of Shediac; two sons, Marc (Céline Dionne) of Dieppe, Charles (Denyse) of Quispamsis; three sisters, Dorothy Code (Tom) of West Dover, N.S., Clémence Cormier of Shediac, Fernande Sinnott (Dave) of Florida; his brother, Russell Cormier of Shediac; two grandsons, Micheal and Danieal and by several nieces and nephews. Visitation at Frenette Funeral Home Ltd., 396 Main St., Shediac (532-3297) on Thursday, December 1 from 2 to 4p.m. and 7 to 9p.m. and Friday, December 2, from 9:30a.m. until time of departure at 10:20a.m. The Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30a.m. on Friday, December 2, 2005 at Saint-Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Shediac.
