Amanda Godin 1917 - 2005 RICHIBUCTO, NB - Amanda Godin, 87, wife of the late Edward Godin, of Richibucto, NB, passed away at La Villa Maria, St. Louis de Kent on Saturday, December 17, 2005. Born in Rumford, Maine, she was the daughter of the late Frederick Guimond and Florida (Bruneau) Guimond. She was a former member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch No. 30 and the Richibucto Golden Age Club. She is survived by one daughter, Diane Coté (Richard), Scarborough, ON; and two grandchildren, Michelle and Jason. The last surviving member of her immediate family, Amanda was predeceased by the husband, Edward in 1983; two sisters, Alice Guimond and Anita Mazerolle; and two brothers, Archile and Fred Guimond. Visitation at Thompson's Funeral Home, Richibucto (523-4252) on Tuesday from 7 to 9 and Wednesday from noon until the time of funeral.
