Ferne M. Cole SALISBURY, NB - Ferne M. Cole, age 91 of Salisbury, passed away Thursday, January 19, 2006, at the Jordan Life Care Centre. Born in Osburn Corner, she was a daughter of the late William and Mary (Terris) Milton. She was a homemaker and had operated a store in Middlesex for a number of years. She is survived by sons, Byron (Cathy) of Middlesex, Lloyd of Elgin; 17 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Arthur; a son, Leon; daughter, Margaret Dole; brothers, Clarke, Boyce, Joel, Ned, James, Peter; sisters, Hilda, Leota. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Armstrong's Funeral Home, Petitcodiac, where the funeral will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2006 at 11am, with Pastor J. Hammond officiating. There will be no public visitation. The burial will be held in Wesleyan Union Cemetery at a later date.
