Mary Charlotte Francis 1956 - 2006 ELSIPOGTOG, NB - Mary Charlotte Francis, 49, wife of Arnold Francis passed away at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton on Wednesday, February 1, 2006. Born in Bouctouche, NB she was the daughter of Lucy Rita (Peters) Milliea and the late Joe Henry Milliea. Mary Charlotte is survived by husband, Arnold; Mother, Lucy Rita; four sons, Barry (Rachel Davis), Raymond, Larry (Shawna Barlow), Lee; three grandchildren, Dorian, Larrah Dawn, Lucas John; four sisters, Annie Davis (Martin), Carolyn Milliea (Ronnie Gould), Angel Levi (Michael), Mary Milliea-Peters (Arnold); five brothers, Harrison Milliea (Darlene Francis), Paul Milliea (Trina Joseph), Howard (Howie) Milliea (Tina Dedam), Dwayne Milliea (Marina Simon), Tony Milliea (Paula Martin). Predeceased by one sister, Geneva Solomon and one brother, Melvin Milliea. Resting at her home, 290 Big Cove Road, Elsipogtog. Funeral Mass will be held at Ste. Anne's Roman Catholic Church, Elsipogtog on Saturday, February 4, 2006 at 11:00 am. Interment will be in the Parish Cemetery.
