Carolyn Rose (nee Washbrook) Meechan OTTAWA, ON - On Tuesday, February 28, 2006, Carolyn passed away in Ottawa, with her daughter by her side, after a silent battle with cancer. Carolyn was born in Toronto in 1937 to John and Fanny Washbrook. She is survived by her children, Stephen, Kimberly (Sharman Potechin) and David (Marjory) and by her granddaughter, Emily.
