Reginald Arthur Melvin 1939 - 2006 Reginald A. Melvin of Moncton, passed away suddenly at The Moncton Hospital on Thursday, March 2, 2006 at the age of 66 years. Born in Indian Mountain, NB on July 10, 1939 he was the son of the late William and Annie (Fairweather) Melvin. He is survived by his daughter Wendy (Keith) Soucoup of Sussex, NB; brother, Lorne (Norma) of Upper Coverdale; daughter-in-law, Janice Melvin of Dartmouth; six grandchildren Tara-Lee of Fredericton, Jody, Amy and Travis of Sussex, Kayla-Marie and Bree-Anna of Dartmouth; as well as several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Theresa (Surrette) Melvin in 2004; son, Brian in 2001; sisters, Mabel Horsman, Beulah Steeves, Lois Melvin and Viva Surette; brothers Ralph, Zeke, Arnold, Donald, James, William and Gerald. Resting at Tuttle Bros. Funeral Home 171 Lutz St. on Monday March 6, 2006 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00pm. The funeral service will be held at Tuttle Brothers Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, March 7, 2006 at 3:00 pm with Rev. Chet MacPhail officiating. Interment will be in Stilesville Cemetery in the spring.
