Bert Whitton 1940 - 2006 REXTON, NB - Bert Whitton, 65, husband of Grace (Doucet) Whitton, formerly of Harcourt, NB, passed away at the Stella Maris Hospital, Ste. Anne, Thursday, March 23, 2006. Born in Berrsville, he was the son of the late Hugh and Thelma (Flanagan) Whitton. Bert was retired from being a Woodsman and later a truck driver. He is survived by wife, Grace; two sons, Robert (Lorraine), Jimmy (Sue); four grandchildren, Cheryl, Michael, Ryan, Jeremy; two sisters, Phyllis Beers (Ronnie), Audrey Richard (Fred); one half sister, Alice Mellish (late George); one brother, William (Edna). Bert was predeceased by one brother, Bramford (Joan) and a half brother, Charles (Helen). Resting at Thompson's Funeral Home, Richiboucto (523-4252) with visitation on Friday, March 24, 2006 at 7 to 9 pm and Saturday, 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm with the Funeral Service being held at Grangeville Baptist Church on Sunday, March 26, 2006 at 2:00 pm.
