Catherine D. Arsenault 1948 - 2006 Catherine D. Arsenault of Moncton, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at her residence on Sunday, April 16, 2006 following a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Glace Bay, NS, Catherine was the daughter of the late Ronald and Pearl (Keefe) MacDonald. Besides being a wonderful wife and mother, Cathy was a very kind and special person to all those who knew her and loved her. She was always prepared to help others in any way she could. Cathy will be sadly missed by her husband Leo and daughters Natalie and Melanie; also by her brothers, Arthur, Robert and Ian. At the request of the family there will be no visitation. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Bernard's Roman Catholic Church, Botsford St. Moncton on Saturday, April 22, 2006, 11am. Rev. J.B. Mallais officiating. Following the Funeral Mass the family will be having a celebration of Cathy's life at the Moncton Lions Community Centre, 473 St. George St. In Cathy's memory, for those who wish, remembrances made to Friends of the Moncton Hospital Foundation (Oncology Dept) or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
