Gail Lund SACKVILLE, NB - The death of Gail Lund, age 47, of Sackville, occurred at the Sackville Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, May 16, 2006. Born in Sackville, she was a daughter of Fred and Sharon (Hicks) Lund. Gail was an employee of the Drew Nursing Home, Sackville with 27 years of service. She had a kind and loving nature, and was always willing to give and to help others. She enjoyed gardening, her home, and assisting her son in his business ventures. She had a great love for animals, especially her two cats. Gail will be sadly missed by her son Christopher, Sackville; her parents, Fred and Sharon Lund, Sackville; a sister, Joy (James) Donald, Sackville; and a brother, Michael, Charlottetown, PEI; nieces and nephews, Trevor, Evan and Brieana Donald. The remains have been entrusted into the care of the Jones Funeral Home, 70 Bridge Street, Sackville. Gail's family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. The Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, May 20, 2006 at 4 pm, Pastor Barry Todd officiating. Burial in the Sackville Cemetery.
