Lea Melanson MEMRAMCOOK, NB - Lea Melanson of Foyer St-Thomas (formerly of Old Shediac Rd) passed away at her residence on Wednesday, May 17, 2006 at the age of 94. Born in Old Shediac Road, she was the daughter of the late Alphee Melanson and the late Rosalie Dupuis. She is survived by two daughters, Dorine (Leo) Gauvin of Dieppe and Rachel (Bernard) Belliveau of Old Shediac Rd; two sons, Donald Melanson and Leonard (Rose-Ella) Melanson, both of Old Shediac Rd; two sisters, Adeline (late Alban) Gautreau of Shediac and Yvonne (late Aimee) LeBlanc of La Hetriere; six grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Philippe (2000); two sisters, Olida and Alma; and by one brother, Joseph. Visitation will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home on Thursday, May 18 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm and on Friday, May 19 from 9:30 to 10:30 am. Funeral Mass will be held at St-Thomas de Memramcook Roman Catholic Church, St-Joseph on Friday, May 19, 2006 at 11:00 am. Interment will be held in the Parish Cemetery.
