(nee Edwards) Passed peacefully away at St. Patrick's Mercy Home, surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, August 14, 2008, Barbara Frances Cumby (nee Edwards), aged 82 years. Predeceased by brother Albert Edwards, sister Lillian. Leaving to mourn her husband Mike; son Tony (Diane), granddaughter Penny; sisters Jean Carter (Chesley) and Isabel Devin; sister-in-law Georgie Edwards; sisters and brothers-in-law Kay Bara, Helen McCarthy (Ted), Pat Cumby (Jeanette), Betty White (Burt), John Cumby (Paulette), Kevin Cumby; also a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. At Barbara's request cremation has taken place. Visitation to be held from Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Saturday, August 16, 2008 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service to be held from Barrett's Chapel on Monday, August 18, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
