Edward Robert Kay (Ned) 1916-2006 MONTREAL, QC - Edward Robert Kay (Ned) passed away suddenly in Montreal on May 3, 2006, in his 91st year. Predeceased by his first wife, Nancy Connors; sadly missed by his wife, Berthe (Trudelle); his children, Robert (Maureen Gallagher), Susan (Peter Harding), Judy (Greg Stanley) and David (Julie Seymour); his ten grandchildren, and six great grandchildren. Also missed by his step-family of two children, Diane Papillon (Jacques Vincellette) and Jean Papillon (Michelle); three grandchildren and four great grandchildren. He is survived by his sister, Marion Trites of Moncton and predeceased by his sister, Irene and brothers, George and William (Bill). Ned, an Air Canada retiree and a WW II RCAF veteran, was born and raised in Moncton, N.B. and eventually settled in Montreal. He was a kind and generous man and we will all miss the stories about his early adventures in Moncton. Rest well.
