Charles W. Stables Charles W. Stables, 91, of Moncton and formerly of Fredericton, passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Sunday, October 8, 2006. Born in Miramichi (Newcastle), he was the son of the late William and Mary Stables. Charles was a former employee of Maritime Central Airways and Eastern Provincial Airways (mechanic and sheet metal worker). He attended St. Augustine's Roman Catholic Church and was a member of Moncton Legion #6, and Air Force Veterans Club. Charles will be sadly missed by his daughter, Marvis Thibodeau (David), Dieppe; sons, Lynn (Donna), Robert (Bob) (Carol), both of Moncton; grandchildren, Sherry, David Jr., Robert, Ronnie, Chris, Lori, Donnie, Shelley and Sandra; great grandchildren, Justin, Brooke, Samantha, Katelyn, Emma, Jessica; special friend, Betty Tattersall; sister, Florence Simpson, Wisconsin, USA; several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, predeceased by his wife, Erma (MacLean) (January 1991); sisters, Isabel, Dorothy.
