Born in Harvey, NB, Stephen was the son of the late John Kelly and Dorothy (Mathieu) Kelly, of Richibucto. Stephen is survived by his wife, Lisa (Robichaud) Kelly; Mother, Dorothy (Mathieu) Kelly; Daughters, Janice Kelly, Lea Grant and grandchildren, Rene and Ryan, Christine Arsenault (Marc) and grandchildren, Josee and Justin; Sisters, Joyce Kelly, Sharon Babineau (Yvon), Mazie Bealieau (Norman); Brothers, Robert (Aureau) and Wayne (Brenda).
