Olive E. McFarland 1917 - 2006 LOWER COVERDALE - The death of Olive Ellen McFarland of Lower Coverdale, NB and formerly of Sussex Corner occurred at the Moncton City Hospital on December 8th, 2006 at the age of 89. Born at Rockville, NB the only daughter of the late George and Blanche (Wallace) Adair and was the wife of the late Robert McFarland who passed away in 1991. She is survived by her daughter, Carol Copp (Paul) of Lower Coverdale; and son, Vernon McFarland of Moncton; five grandchildren, Robert (Karen) Copp, Todd (Tascha) Copp, Michael (Diana) Copp, Misty and Sarah McFarland; six great grandchildren, Peyton, Katelyn, Justin, Brandon, Denika and Celest; brother, Oscar (Marlene) Adair of Sussex Corner; sisters in law, Greta Adair and Dorothy McFarland. In addition to her parents and husband, Olive was predeceased by an infant daughter, Marie McFarland and a brother, Cecil Adair. The family will receive visitors at the Sussex Select Community Funeral Home, 21 Aiton Road Sussex (506-433-2133) on Sunday, December 10th, 2006 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. There will be a LOBA Tribute Service held on Sunday, December 10th, 2006 at 4pm at the Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held at St. Mark's Anglican Church, Sussex Corner on Monday December 11th, 2006 at 2:00PM, with The Reverend Allen Tapley officiating.
