Leon Goodwin 1951 - 2006 SACKVILLE, NB - The death of Leon Goodwin, age 55, of Sackville, occurred suddenly on Saturday, December 30, 2006. Born in Sackville, he was a son of Margaret (Thompson) and the late Vance Goodwin. Leon will be sadly missed by his mother, Margaret, British Settlement; three daughters, Patricia, Julia and Crystal; six grandchildren, Kenny, Brandy, Desirree, Dakota, Paige and Marci; common-law wife, Nancy Scott; step-sons, Jerry and John Fougere; four brothers, Ronald, Cedric, William and Alan; four sisters, Brenda, Sharon, Sandra and Janice; and ex-wife, Shirley (Allen). He was predeceased by his father, Vance; brothers, Vance Jr. and Kenneth and a sister May. The remains have been entrusted into the care of the Jones Funeral Home, 70 Bridge Street, Sackville, from where visitation will be held Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, January 3, 2007 at 11 am.
