Joyce Fraser SACKVILLE, NB - Peacefully, at the Drew Nursing Home, Joyce Fraser, age 85, of Sackville passed away with her husband, Ken by her side on Wednesday, February 28th, 2007. Born in Marysville, NB, she was a daughter of the late Edgar and Hazel (Shaw) Everett. Living originally in Dorchester, she was an active member of the Dorchester Baptist Church. After moving to Sackville in the late 60's, she was a nurse at the Sackville Memorial Hospital until her retirement. She enjoyed curling for many years. In addition to her husband Kenneth, she will be sadly missed by her son, Paul (Helen), Sackville; and daughter, Patricia Fraser of Moncton; two grandchildren, Amanda and Ryan; life long friends, Audrey Anderson, Fredericton and Allan Bishop, Halifax. She was the last surviving member of her family. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Jones Funeral Home, 70 Bridge St, Sackville (364-1300). Visiting hours will be held from the funeral home on Friday, March 2nd from 2 to 4 pm. A funeral service will take place at the Jones Funeral Home on Saturday, March 3rd, 2007 at 11 am.
