Jean Estabrooks SACKVILLE, NB - The death of Jean Estabrooks occurred peacefully at the Sackville Memorial Hospital on Monday, July 2, 2007. Born in Fairfield, she was the daughter of the late Gartnor and Iva Mitton. Jean loved dancing and would frequent each and every local dance she could. She was also a former member of the True Blue. She will be sadly missed by her husband, Harley; twin sons, Douglas (Sandra), Lakefield, ON, and Donald (Margaret), Fenelen Falls, ON; five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; one sister, Doris (Hubert) Smith, Ontario; as well as several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Jean was predeceased by her first husband, Olo Fillmore; two brothers, Earl and Ellsworth; two sisters, Frances McQueen and Marion Tingley. Jean's remains have been cremated under the care of Jones Funeral Homes, Sackville. There will be visitation at 1:00 pm until the time of the memorial service at 2:00 pm at the funeral home on Thursday, July 5, 2007.
