Bruce Leonard Robertson 1939 - 2007 Canada's premier Custom Car and Hot Rod Show Producer, founder of Speed Sport, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, July 19th, 2007 at Scarborough General Hospital at the age of 67. His loss will be felt deeply by his family, his beloved and devoted wife, Donna (nee Staniland); his adoring children, Craig and Lori, and their spouses Nathalie and Mark. He will also be fondly remembered as "THE BEST PAPA" by his cherished twin grandsons, Kyle and Brett. Bruce will also be dearly missed by his brother, Ron and family; his sister-in-law, Marlene and family; nephews, nieces and countless friends. Bruce lived his life to the fullest, with gusto, pride, lots of laughs and most of all a lot of love for his family. He will be deeply missed. Family and friends will be received at the "Scarborough Chapel" of McDougall & Brown, 2900 Kingston Road (east of St. Clair Ave. E.) on Tuesday, July 24th from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m. A Service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday, July 25th at 1 p.m. If desired, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society.
