Irene Lucille Cripps Irene Lucille Cripps, 93, of Kenneth E. Spencer Memorial Home and formerly of Park St, passed away at her residence Wednesday, July 25, 2007 after a brief illness. Born in Williamstown, NB, she was the daughter of the late George Eldon and Verna (Walker) Watters. Irene was retired from T. Eaton Co. Ltd with over 18 years service. She was a member of the Wesley Memorial United Church, UCW Unit 2 within the church and the Quilting Group at the church. Irene will be sadly missed by her daughters, Joan Coneen, Dieppe, Cathy Read (Bryan), Riverview; son, George Cripps (Terry), Mont St. Hilaire, PQ; grandchildren, Sharon, Stephanie, Matthew, Carolyn, Michael; Great grandchildren Jamie, Lauren, Andrew, Emily, Emma, Zoe, Cathryn; sister Elizabeth (Betty) Lee, Centerville; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, George Cripps in 1984; daughter, Carolyn Dryden in 1976; sister, Lena; brothers, John A, and Donald E, and Wendell. No visitation by request. Funeral Service at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home Chapel, 1657 Mountain Rd. Moncton (858-1995), Sunday, July 29, 2007, 1:00 pm, Rev. Lloyd Bruce officiating. Reception following the service. Interment, Fair Haven Memorial Gardens Cemetery. In Irene's memory donations to the SPCA, Spencer Memorial Home or memorial of donor's choice would be appreciated by her family.
