H. James (Jim) King

H. James (Jim) King H. James (Jim) King, 61, of Dieppe and formerly of Moncton, passed away suddenly at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital on Friday, July 27, 2007. Born in Dorking, Surrey, England, he was the son of Audrey (Edger) King of Bay Roberts, NF and the late Hubert (Bert) King. Jim was retired from the electrical wholesales business and was of the Anglican Faith. He was Past President of the Dieppe Lions Club and enjoyed photography, reading about the history of the 2nd World War and spending time with his friends, family and especially his grandchildren. Besides his mother, Jim will be sadly missed by his daughters, Cathy and Veronica King, both of Dieppe: sons, Jim Jr. (Line), Tom, both of Moncton: Bob (Cindy), Dieppe: grandchildren, Zack, Jacob, Cody, Hailey, Kristopher and Max; sister, Olive Ruby (Len), Palmerston North, New Zealand: brother, Gordon (Ann), Cocagne; several nieces and nephews. Besides his father, he was predeceased by his brother, John. Visitation at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995) Monday 7 to 9. Funeral service at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home Chapel, Tuesday, July 31, 2007, 11am, Archdeacon Reginald Stockall officiating: Reception following the service.
