Rita Gautreau 1920 - 2007 Rita Gautreau, age 87, of Villa du Repos, Moncton and formerly of Saint-Socime, passed away after a lengthy illness on Friday September 21st, 2007 at the Villa du Repos, Moncton. Born in Saint-Socime on May 26, 1920, she was the daughter of the late Daniel and the late Alice (Née Arsenault) Gautreau. Rita is survived by two sisters, Valerice Gauvin and Madeleine Roy both of Saint-Socime; and several nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by one sister, Lina; and four brothers, Eddie, Edmond, Alphée and Edward. At the request of the family there will be no viewing. Funeral Mass will be on Tuesday September 25th, at 4:00 pm at the Saint-Timothy Roman Catholic Church, Adamsville. Interment will be in the Parish Cemetery.
