Dollard T. LeBlanc

Dollard T. LeBlanc 1934 - 2007 BIDDEFORD - Dollard T. LeBlanc 73, of Biddeford, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, November 7, 2007, after a spinal cord injury he received. He was born April 1, 1934 in Belliveau Village, New Brunswick, Canada, a son of Gerard D. and Zelica Bourgeois LeBlanc. He was educated from Canada schools. Mr. LeBlanc was self employed as a cement finisher for many years. He enjoyed watching Boston Red Sox baseball and had an interest in classic cars. He had a great love for animals, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was predeceased by one sister, Alice LeBlanc. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Elizabeth "Betty" Wilson LeBlanc in Biddeford; one son, Greg LeBlanc and his wife, Jeanette of Marlboro, Massachusetts; two daughters, Shirley Gaudet and her husband, Leo of Belliveau Village, New Brunswick, Debbie Mumford and her husband, Doug of Biddeford; four brothers, Leo-Paul LeBlanc and his wife, Rosaline, Robert LeBlanc and his wife, Doris, Uylesse LeBlanc and wife, Diane, all of Memramcook, Canada and Camille LeBlanc and his wife, Jeanette of Newton, Massachusetts; five sisters, Germaine Cormier and her husband, Yvon , Rosaline Cormier, Rita Mellanson and her husband, Normand, and Majella Cormier and her husband, Regis, all of Canada; three grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider donations to Reeve-Irvine Research Center 2109 Gillespie Neuroscience Research Facility Irvine, CA. 92697 Visiting Hours will be 1 to 5PM Saturday at William R. Short Funeral Home, 95 West St., Marlboro, Massachusetts. A Funeral Mass will be held at 9:00AM Monday from Immaculate Conception, 11 Prospect St., Marlboro, Massachusetts. Local arrangements are by Cote Funeral Home, Saco.
