Everett Moore 1925-2007 Everett Moore passed away suddenly at the Moncton City Hospital on Saturday, December 15th, 2007. He was the husband of Verna (Hoar) Moore and son of the late Charles and Lillian (MacDonald) Moore. Everett was retired after 34 years of service with CNR and he was a veteran of WWII serving with the Royal Canadian Navy. Besides his wife Verna, Everett will be sadly missed by son Robert (Dorothy Jane) of Moncton; daughters Gayle (John) York of Olathe, Kansas and Ruth Anne of Moncton; as well as five grandsons, Mark, Andrew and Stephen Moore, Thomas and Ryan York. He is also survived by two sisters, Myrtle Moore of Rye, New Hampshire, Betty Hartt of Falmouth, NS and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Everett was predeceased by one brother, Owna and two sisters, Hazel and June. Resting at Fair Haven Funeral Home, 1177 Salisbury Road, Moncton (506) 852-3530 with visitation on Thursday, December 20th, 2007 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral service from the Chapel on Friday, December 21st, 2007 at 1 pm followed by a reception in the Garden View Reception Room.
