Edgar Joseph Landry 1930 - 2007 The death of Edgar Joseph Landry, husband of Jeannette (Cormier) Landry, of Lester St. Moncton occurred at The Moncton Hospital on Wednesday December 19, 2007. Born in Moncton on July 30, 1930 he was the son of the late Pierre and Melina Landry. Together with his wife Jeannette they owned and operated Star Janitorial for many years prior to his retirement. In addition to his wife Jeannette, he is survived by his daughter, Linda Phillips (Don), his sons Donald (Pauline), David (Shelley), Jean-Claude (Elizabeth) all of Moncton and Roger (Lisa) of Dieppe. He is also survived by his brothers Fred Landry and Paul Saulnier; as well as 11 grand children; 12 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents; one son Peter; one daughter Sandra; his sister Dora; and his brothers Emery, Henry and Neri. Resting at Cadman Bowness Funeral Home (857-1110) 114 Alma Street with visiting on Friday December 21 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Parish Prayers will be held Friday evening at the funeral home. Funeral service will be held at Cadman Bowness Funeral Home Saturday, December 22, 2007 at 11 am followed by a reception in the reception area of the funeral home. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery later in the spring.
