Robert Trueman Peacock 1925 - 2007 HALIFAX, N.S. - Passed away peacefully on December 20, 2007; at the age of 82, in the Palliative Care Unit, VG Site, Halifax, N.S. Born February 1, 1925, in Murray Corner, NB, he was a son of the late Stephen and Mabel (Trueman) Peacock. He is survived by his wife, Isobel; children, Susan Peacock (Roger Hughes), David Peacock (Marjorie), Nancy Peacock (Stephen Kay), Mary Howcroft (Nigel); grandchildren, Emily, Jacob, Spencer, Christine, Madeline, Taylor; brothers, Joe Howe (Mildred) Peacock, David (Joyce) Peacock; sister, Grace Gnadinger, Eva (Gerald) Walton; sister-in-law, Willa Peacock. He was predeceased by brother, Henry Peacock. Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation or flowers by request. Donations can be made to 1st United Church, Murray Corner, N.B. Funeral service 11 a.m. Monday, December 24 in T. K. Barnard Funeral Home, Bedford, with Bill Drysdale officiating. Burial will take place at a later date in New Brunswick.
