Anna Lodia Doucett The death of Mrs. Anna Lodia Doucett, wife of the late Hyacinthe Doucett of Miramichi Senior Citizens Home and formerly of Baie Sainte Anne, occurred on Sunday, December 23, 2007 at the age of 84. Born in Baie Sainte Anne, NB, she was the daughter of the late Olivier and Barbara (Manuel) Savoie. Anna is survived by seven daughters, Jeanie Elphegine Mills (Rick) of Douglasfield, NB, Mariette Lloyd (Michael) of Douglastown, NB, Rolande Doucette of Bathurst, NB, Sandra Doucette of Escuminac, NB, Armande D'Alessio (Camille) of Lower Derby, NB, Elsie Roy of Bathurst, NB, Sylvia Comeau (Ghislain) of LaPlante, NB; three sons, Roger Doucette (Brenda) of Dunlop, NB, Jean Roch Doucette (Marilyn) of Bathurst, NB, David Doucette of Petit Rocher Nord, NB; 19 grandchildren, seven great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband, Hyacinthe, Anna is predeceased by one sister, Alfreda; and three brothers, David, Duffy and Armande. The family will receive visitors at the Slumber Room in Baie Sainte Anne on Wednesday, December 26, 2007 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Anne Roman Catholic Church, Baie Sainte Anne, NB, on Thursday, December 27 at 11 AM with Father Robert Savoie officiating.
