Yvon LeBlanc 1921-2008 Yvon LeBlanc, 86, of Essex St., Moncton and formerly of Lansdowne Court, Riverview passed away on Friday, February 1, 2008 at his residence. Born November 3, 1921 in Fox Creek, he was the son of the late Alyre and Elodia (Goguen) LeBlanc. Mr. LeBlanc was employed with C.N.R. for 37 years prior to his retirement and attended Christ Roi Roman Catholic Church, Moncton. He is survived by one son, Donald (Claudia) of Moncton; one brother, Néri of Moncton; one granddaughter, Lee Ann LeBlanc; and one great granddaughter, Simmone LeBlanc. He was predeceased by his wife, Marie (Boucher) LeBlanc (2003); one sister, Antoinette Gauvin; and by two brothers, Laurie, Léonard. Visitation at Frenette Funeral Home Ltd., 88 Church St., Moncton (858-1900) on Tuesday, from 7 to 9 p.m. only. Funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, February 6, 2008 at Christ Roi Roman Catholic Church, Moncton. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe.
