James "Gesner" Jonah The death of J. Gesner Jonah of Geary, NB occurred at his home on Thursday, March 6th, 2008. Born in Hillsborough, NB he was the husband of the late Gloria M. E. (McKimmie) Jonah. Survived by his sons, Michael (Sylvia), Gary (Allison) and Stephen (Donna); daughters, Diane (Pete) and Kim (Hazen); brothers, Blair, Howard and Henry; sisters, Gwenna, Geraldine and Margie; fifteen grandchildren as well as four great-grandchildren. There will be no visitation by family request. A memorial service for family and close friends will be held at the Oromocto Select Community Funeral Home on Thursday, March 13th, 2008 at 11:00 am. Rev. Ken Weir officiating. No flowers by request.
