Huberte Babineau 1951 - 2008 Huberte Babineau of St. Louis de Kent, wife of Alcide Babineau, passed away at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton, on Tuesday, March 18th, 2008. Born in St. Paul, she was the daughter of Betrand Maillet and Lorraine (Melanson) Maillet. She had been employed by La Havre Communautaire and attended the St. Louis des Francais Roman Catholic Church in St. Louis de Kent. She loved flowers and gardening. She is survived by her husband, Alcide; her mother, Lorraine; her father, Bertrand; one daughter, Chantal Babineau; one son, Sebastien; three sisters, Dianne Petitpas (Eugene), Lillianne Cormier, and Fernande (Fernand) Saulnier; three brothers, Donald (Ginette), Alderice (Clara), and Victor (Cecile); and by several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., and on Thursday from 2 p.m. until time of funeral. Remains resting at Thompson Memorial Home, St. Louis de Kent. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Louis des Francais Roman Catholic Church, St. Louis de Kent on Thursday, March 20th, 2008 at 4 p.m. Interment will take place in the parish cemetery at a later date.
