Edgar Charles Malloy 1937 - 2008 Edgar C. Malloy, of Riverview, passed away unexpectedly at The Moncton Hospital on Saturday, April 19, 2008, at the age of 70. Ed's greatest interests were hunting, fishing and his vegetable garden. He was an avid Toronto Maple Fan. He had a rewarding career with Vipond Automatic Sprinkler for 31 years. Above else his family was his greatest joy and reward. Born in Owen Sound, Ont; he was the son of the late Sidney and Evelyn (Eden) Malloy. Ed was a great man and touched the hearts of all that knew him. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 47 years, Gerrie (Greenan); his four children, Donna (Danny) of Berry Mills, Jerry (Marcy) of Young's Cove, Michael (Loralee) of Oakville, Ont; and Lisa (Scott) of Dawson Settlement. His six grandchildren, Mitchell, Matthew, Madison, Dalton, Quinn and Olivia, who will miss their Bepa / Bubba deeply; his brother, James (Carol) of Waterloo, Ont; and by many nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by a sister Eileen (Church) and a nephews Steven Malloy. Friends are invited to the Riverview Funeral Home, Pine Glen Rd. Riverview, for visitation on Tuesday, April 22, 2008 from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. The funeral service will be held at Riverview Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, April 23, 2008 at 1:30 pm with Rev. Carol Mullin officiating. Interment will be in Alderwood Cemetery, Riverview, NB. Memorial donations made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
