Patricia Ann (Pat) Sims SACKVILLE, NB - The death of Patricia Ann (Pat) Sims, age 77, of Sackville, occurred at the Sackville Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, May 7, 2008. Born in Antigonish, she was a daughter of the Late Christopher Donald (CD) and Gertrude (Gert) Chisholm. Pat went to Mount St. Bernard College, Antigonish, NS, then graduated from St. FX University in 1953. After meeting her husband, she became a dedicated housewife and mother. She worked at the Sackville Library for several years after moving to Sackville. She will be sadly missed by her children, Christopher, Vancouver, Ellen (Michael) Reid, DeSable, PE, Paul (Alison), London, ON, John (Rose), Moncton, Bain (Tracy Cook), Moncton, Ron (Bev Smith), Point de Bute; and seven grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Walter (Bill); and son, Alexander. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Jones Funeral Home, 70 Bridge St., Sackville (364-1300). There will be no visitation. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, May 12, 2008 at 11 am at St. Vincent's Roman Catholic Church, Father Allison Carroll officiating. Cremation will follow and then burial beside her husband in the Holy Rosary Cemetery.
