Ida Maillet 1914 - 2008 Ida Maillet, 94 of Manoir Saint-Jean Baptiste, Bouctouche and formerly of Saint-Norbert de Kent, has passed away on Friday May 16th, 2008 after a brief illness at the Residence. Married to the late Edgar Maillet (1991), she was born in Moncton on January 25th, 1914, and was the daughter of the late Francois (Frank) and the late Cécile (Breau) Robichaud. Ida is survived by one son Omer (Bernadette) of Saint-Norbert de Kent, two brothers; Alfred (Andréa) and Ernest (Suzan) both of Saint-Antoine, two step grandchildren; Roger and Christine, and three step great grandchildren; Manon, Mylène, Marc-Alexandre and several nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by four sisters, Flora, Helen, Marguerite, Eva, and two brothers, Fabien and Francois. Visitation will be held at the Saint-Norbert de Kent Community Centre on Sunday May 18th, from 7 to 9 and Monday from 2 to 4 and 5:30 to 6:45 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at the Saint-Norbert de Kent Roman Catholic Church, Saint-Norbert on Monday May 19th, 2008 at 7:00 pm. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
