Daniel Collette 1915-2008 BOUCTOUCHE, NB - Daniel Collette, age 93, of Bouctouche has passed away suddenly at the Stella-Maris de Kent Hospital, Sainte-Anne de Kent on Friday, May 23, 2008. Married to the late Hélène (Melanson) Collette (2008), he was born in Bouctouche on March 6th, 1915 to the late Jean and the late Elise (Robichaud) Collette. Daniel is survived by his three daughters, Simonne LeBlanc (Ola) of Bouctouche, Yolande Collette and Louiselle Collette both of Moncton; three sons, André (Gloria), Raoul (Edith), Hermond all of Bouctouche; one sister, Laura Bastarache of Cocagne; one brother, Donat of Cocagne; seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and several nephews and nieces. He was a carpenter for several years. Daniel was predeceased by one sister, Adéline; and five brothers, Albert, Arthur, Néri, Théodore, Damien. Visitation will be held at the Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de l'église, Bouctouche on Monday, May 26th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and Tuesday from 2 to 3:45 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at the Saint-Jean Baptiste Roman Catholic Church, Bouctouche, on Tuesday May 27th, 2008 at 4:00 pm. Interment will be in the Bouctouche cemetery.
