Ovila LeBlanc 1924-2008 SAINT-ANTOINE, NB - Ovila LeBlanc, 83, of Saint-Antoine passed away on Friday, May 23, 2008 at the Halifax Infirmary in Halifax, N.S. Born November 2, 1924 in Ste-Marie-de-Kent, he was the son of the late Maxime and Amanda (Cormier) LeBlanc. He was a retired construction worker. He will be sadly missed by his wife of 62 yrs. Thérèse (Richard) LeBlanc; two sons, Roméo (Mary-Ann) of Orange, Mass, and Rhéal (Sandra) of Gardner, Mass.; three sisters, Clara (late Léandre) Cormier of Renaud Mills, Diane (late Elzéar) Richard and Rose Goguen (Edgar) both of St-Antoine; three half-sisters, Aline LeBlanc (Donat) of St-Antoine, Annette Belliveau (Rhéal) of Ste-Marie-de-Kent, Marie LeBlanc (Alvin) of Moncton; a half-brother, Léo LeBlanc (Édith) of Leominster, Mass; four grandchildren, Ricky, Randy, Jason and Jill; two great grandchildren, Makenzie and Aaron, and by several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a half-brother, Alderice; and by a half-sister, Huberte LeBlanc. Funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, May 27, 2008 at Saint-Antoine-de-l'Ermite R.C Church, Saint-Antoine. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. No visitation by request.
