Irene Fournier 1923 - 2008 Irene Fournier of Richibucto, formerly of Acadieville, passed away at the Stella Maris Hospital, Ste. Anne de Kent, Thursday, May 29, 2008 at the age of 76 years. Born in Richibucto, she was the daughter of the late Adolphe Robichaud and the late Pauline (Richard) Robichaud. Irene had been employed with the Rogersville Co-op until she had to stop work due to her illness. Irene is survived by three sisters, Dianna Robichaud, Richibucto, Jeanne Hebert (late Paul), St. Louis de Kent, and Bernice Coporan (late Fred), Nova Scotia; one brother, Adolphe Robichaud (Dianne), Moncton; several nieces and nephews; ex-husband, Eric Fournier of Acadieville. Irene was predeceased by three sisters, Margaret Ann Mazerolle (Alonzo), Marie Arsenaule (late Fidele), Yvonne Richard; and two brothers, Maxime and Tilmon. There will be no visitation. The funeral mass will be held at the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, Acadieville on Monday, June 2, 2008 at 11:00am. Interment will be in the Parish Cemetery.
