Dorella M. Black

Dorella M. Black Dorella M. Black, 83, of Moncton, with her family at her side, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital on Thursday, June 19, 2008. Born in Cocagne, she was the daughter of the late Alvan and Adele (Breau) Cormier. Dorella was a former employee of the T. Eaton Co. Ltd., attended St. Augustine's Roman Catholic Church, formerly attended St. Michael's Catholic Church and was a member of the St. Michael's CWL. Dorella's greatest enjoyment was time with her children and grandchildren. Dorella will be sadly missed by her daughter, Karen Ryan (Gordon), London, ON; son, James Daley (Barbara), Moncton; grandchildren, Matthew Ryan (Heather), Kelly Di Muzio (Steve), Michael Daley; great grandchildren, Cody, MacKenzie, Amanda; sisters, Yollanda LeClair (Frank), Zella O'Dell (late George), Dina Arsenault (Alphee), all of Moncton; brothers, Henry (Hank) Cormier (late Joan), Ivan Cormier (Dorella), both of Moncton; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, predeceased by her husbands, Thomas Daley (1979), Edward Black (1992); granddaughter, Colleen Daley (1997); brothers, Emery (Tim) Cormier, Anthony (Tony) Cormier. Visitation at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995) Sunday, 2 to 4, 7 to 9 pm. Funeral mass St. Augustine's Roman Catholic Church, Dominion St., Monday, June 23, 2008, 11:00 am, Rev. Allison Carroll officiating. Reception following the mass. Interment, Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe. In Dorella's memory, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or memorial of choice would be appreciated by the family.
