Gloria (Beers) LeBlanc 1944 - 2008 It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Gloria (Beers) LeBlanc, age 64 of Riverview, New Brunswick. She passed away peacefully, following a lengthy illness, surrounded by family at The Moncton Hospital on July 9, 2008. Born in Moncton, New Brunswick, December 28, 1944, Gloria was the daughter of Stan Beers and the late Imogene Beers. After 34 years of service with The Department of Transportation, Gloria was able to take an early retirement in 1995 to pursue her creative interests and spend time with her daughter, sister, grandchildren and friends. With picnic lunch and camera in hand she would enjoy many day trips with her close friend Diana as they explored their great love for the Bay of Fundy and it's beautiful shores. They both shared a passion for Scrap Booking and spent many laughter filled afternoons creating and preserving wonderful memories together. Gloria is survived by her daughter, Keley Doiron (Danny) and four grandchildren, Jessica, Becky, Amy and Matthew; her father, Stanley Beers; brother, Dave Beers (Bonnie); sister, Roberta Barry (Robert); nieces, Jennifer Bourque (Mike) and Heather Barry and nephew, Jeff Beers (Kim). Gloria was predeceased by her mother, Imogene Beers; sister-in-law, Annabel Beers and niece, Terry Dawn Hayes. Cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation in accordance with Gloria's wishes. Donations, in lieu of flowers, in Gloria's memory, may be made to the Palliative Care Unit of The Moncton Hospital or The New Brunswick Lung Association.
