Bernadette Cormier
Bernadette Cormier 1939 - 2008 Bernadette Cormier, 69, of Dieppe, passed away on Sunday, July 20th 2008 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital. Born in St.-Antoine, NB, she was the daughter of the late Henri and the late Azélie (née: Goguen) LeBlanc. Prior to her retirement, Mrs. Cormier had been employed as secretary-receptionist for the Elmwood Medical Clinic. An accomplished gardener, she was well known for her beautiful flowers which she shared with all her friends and family. Another passion was spending time with her grand-daughters who she adored. Bernadette's "Joie de Vivre" and her constant good humor were traits she freely shared with all she met. She is survived by her husband, Raoul Cormier; three daughters: Joanne (Guy Couturier) of Dieppe, Janice (Alphé) Allain of Bouctouche and Carole (Gilles) Richard of Shediac; one son, Daniel (Alberta) of Dieppe; brothers and sisters: Alfred, Lauza (Claude), Alfreda, Donat (Aline), Sr Jeannette ndsc, Jos and Norbert; sisters and brothers-in-law: Beatrice, Louisa (Emelien), Georgina (Louis), Bernice (Guy), Ronald and Regis (Lucille); four grand-daughters: Josée, Monica, Melanie and Cheyenne as well as several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, NB 857-1901, on Tuesday, July 22nd, from 2 to 4 pm and from 7 to 9 pm and also on Wednesday from 10 am until time of departure. Funeral mass will be celebrated at Ste-Thérèse Roman Catholic Church, on Wednesday, July 23rd 2008 at 11 am. Interment in the Chartersville Funeral Home Columbarium. Donations to the Dr. Georges-L.
