Doris Peters 1922 - 2008 Doris Peters, 85, of Manoir Pascal Poirier, and formerly of Providence St., Shediac passed away on Sunday, August 24th, 2008 at the Dr. Georges-L-Dumont Hospital, Moncton. Born October 31st, 1922 in Shediac, she was the daughter of the late Edouard and Léa (Drisdelle) LeBlanc. She is survived by a daughter, Dianne Peters of Shediac; two sons, Danny (Jocelyn) of Trois-Pistoles, QC, Andrew of Gander, NL; three brothers, Arcade LeBlanc (Simone) and Eugène LeBlanc (Thérèse) both of Shediac, Donald LeBlanc of Moncton; two sisters, Béatrice Savoie (late Raymond) of Shediac, Marguerite LaPlante (late Gerry) of Sebring, FL; six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and by many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her first husband, John Peters (1971), her second husband, Thomas Peters (1979); five brothers, Emery, Léandre, Camille, Ernest, and Raymon LebLanc. Visitation at Maison funéraire Frenette Funeral Home Ltd., 396 Main St., Shediac (532-3297) on Thursday, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday, from 9:30 a.m. until time of departure 10:20 a.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, August 29, 2008 at St- Joseph Roman Catholic Church, Shediac.
