Florina Allain 1919 - 2008 Florina Allain, 89, of Bouctouche has passed away at the Hôpital Stella-Maris de Kent, Sainte-Anne de Kent on Friday, September 12th, 2008 after a brief illness. Married to the late Gérard Allain (2001), she was born in St-Norbert on February 6th, 1919 to the late Dosithé and the late Hélène (Maillet) Boucher. Florina is survived by one daughter; Francine LeBlanc (Marcel) of Memramcook, two sons; Gilles (Raymonde) of Bouctouche, Clarence (Julie-Anne) of Saint-John, five grandchildren; Angela, Michel, Melanie, Devan, Tania, three great grandchildren; Asher, Corban, Joshua, one sister; Imelda Richard (Emile) of Toronto, two brothers; Irenée (Elise) of St-Antoine, Zoël (Marie) of Florida, and several nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by five sisters; Anita, Bertha, Délisa, Mable, Irma, two brothers; Néri, Arcade. Florina was a member of the Bouctouche Golden Age Club, a volunteer at the Manoir St-Jean Baptist for 25 years, and a member of several religious parish organizations. Visitations will be held at the Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de l'église, Bouctouche on Sunday, September 14th from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m., and Monday, September 15th, from 2 to 3:45 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at the Saint-Jean Baptist Roman Catholic Church, Bouctouche, on Sunday, September 15th at 4 p.m. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
