Gilberte Morais 1941-2008 Gilberte Morais, 66 of Montreal and Florida passed away at the Ste. Agathe Hospital, in Quebec. Born in St. Louis de Kent, she was the daughter, of Jean-Baptiste Babin; and the late Rita (Mazerolle) Babin. Gilberte will be sadly missed by her husband, Louis; her son, Michel Morais (Julie) of Montreal; her daughter, Liettte Morais (Réginald) of Dieppe; four grandchildren, Mélissa, Roxanne, Yan, and Alexia; five sisters, Maria Caissie, Léonce LeBlanc of St. Philppe;, Bernadette (Raymond) Gionet of Quebec; Cécile (Ronald Brideau); Rosella (Yvon Babineau) of St. Louis de Kent; and Fernande Babin (John LeGoff) of Richibucto; three brothers, Martin Babin (late Alma), François Babin, Léon Babin (Stella) all of St. Louis de Kent. After receiving her nurses training in Tracade-Sheila she worked in Montreal region hospitals for over 30 years. She was very loved by her family and friends, she will be forever in their hearts.. Visitation at Thompson Memorial Home, St. Louis de Kent on Saturday from 9:00 am until time of funeral. Funeral Mass will be held at the St. Louis des Francais R. C. Church, St. Louis de Kent on Saturday, September 27th, 2008 at 11:00 am. Internment in the parish cemetery.
