Edith Allain 1931 - 2008 Edith Allain, 77, of Bouctouche has passed away suddenly at the Hôpital Stella-Maris de Kent, Sainte-Anne de Kent on Friday, September 26th, 2008. Married to Paul Allain, she was born in Cocagne on January 17th, 1931 to the late Fidèle and the late Marie (Richard) Cormier. She is survived by her husband; Paul, five daughters; Thérèse Bourque (Daniel) of Grande-Digue, Denise Allain (Yvon) of Cocagne, Diane Daigle (Gérard), Claudette Léger (Paul) all of Bouctouche and Anita LeBlanc (Paul) of St-Joseph de Kent, two sons; Louis-Paul (Linda) of Bouctouche, Denis (Lisa) of Cocagne, 16 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild, five sisters; Rita Melanson, Aline Dallaire (Philibert), Alida Cormier (Ulric) all of Cocagne, Irène DesRoches, Yvonne LeBlanc (Laurie) all of Moncton, one brother; Edgar (Loretta) of St-Grégoire, a very close friend; Thérèse Léger (Omer) of Cocagne, and her homemaker; Lisa Arsenault of Bouctouche. She was predeceased by one son in infancy; Louis-Paul, three brothers; Gérard, Arsène, Edmond. Visitation will be held at the Maillet Funeral Home Ltd., 29, rue de l'église, Bouctouche on Monday, September 29th from 9 to 10:45 am. Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, September 29th at 11:00 a.m. at the St-Jean-Baptist Roman Catholic Church, Bouctouche. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
