Laura Cormier Laura Cormier, 80, of passed away Thursday, October 2, 2008 following a lengthy illness. She was the daughter of the late Augustin and Hélène (Hébert) Caissie. She is survived by seven children, Alfreda Williams (John), Rita Gallant (Antoine), Bernadette Hickey (Hector), Hélène Cormier, Laurie (Annette), Donald (Lucie) and Danny Cormier; two sisters, Régina Cormier and Bertha Després (Ronald); three brothers, Robert (Hélène), Albénie, and Louis Caissie; 23 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and a great-great grandchild. She is predeceased by her husband, Albénie Cormier; five children, Gloria, Alfred, Maria, Robert, Diana; and a brother, Johnnny. Resting at Frenette Funeral Home, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) Friday from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Lawrence O'Toole R.C.
