Nancy Hawkins 1945 - 2008 Nancy Jean Hawkins of Sackville passed away at her home on October 9th. Born January 6th, 1945 in Montreal, she was the daughter of the late Gordon and Elizabeth (Gray) Hawkins. Nancy had worked in the field of real estate since the late 1970s and recently retired from managing a number of rental properties in Sackville. Additionally, she had worked for a number of years with Hawk Communications. She had studied at Mount Allison University during the 1960s. She is survived by her brother David (Lorrie Bell) Hawkins of Dieppe; her nieces Britt and Michelle Hawkins of Kingston, Ontario; niece Erin (Jon) Augspurger and grandniece, Grace Augspurger, of Madison, Wisconsin. A memorial service will be held in the Mount Allison University Chapel, Monday, November 17th at 7:30pm. A reception will follow.In lieu of flowers, donations to the SPCA or Sackville Food Bank are welcomed.
