Corrine Richard 1927 - 2009 Corinne Richard, 81, wife of the late Adrice Richard passed away at home in Shediac on Monday, January 12, 2009 following a lengthy illness. Born April 26, 1927 in Haute-Aboujagane, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Émilie (Cormier) Ouellette. Corrine worked at the Shediac Bakery prior to her retirement. She will be sadly missed by her loving family, seven children: Georgette Arsenault, Suzanne Gallant (Antoine) and Jean-Guy of Shediac, Nicole Richard (Noëlla LeBlanc) of Grand-Barachois, Doris Boudreau (Louis) of Ohio Rd., Janice Richard (Louis- Michel Léger) and Michel (Huguette) of Grande-Digue; two sisters: Hélèna Gallant and Lorraine Boudreau (Laurie) of Shediac; nine grandchildren: Janelle, Serge, Daniel, Mario, David, Christien, Gaëtan, Jeanot and Marco; three great grandchildren: Julie, Samuelle and Sébastien; and by many nieces and nephews. Besides her husband Adrice (2000), she is also predeceased by a daughter Violette Richard (2007) and by a sister Thérèse Bourque. Visitation at Frenette Funeral Home Ltd., 396 Main St., Shediac (532-3297) on Wednesday, from 2 to 4p.m. and 7 to 9p.m. only. No visitation on Thursday before the funeral. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, January 15, 2009 at Saint-Joseph Roman Catholic Church, Shediac. Interment will be in the parish cemetery in the spring.
