Marguerite Cormier 1914 - 2009 Marguerite Cormier, 94, wife of the late Armand Cormier of Saint-Joseph Street, Shediac passed away following a short illness on Monday, January 19, 2009 at the Dr. Georges-L-Dumont Hospital, Moncton. Born July 28, 1914 in Shediac she was the daughter of the late Edmond and Cenerise (Gautreau) Belliveau. She will be sadly missed by her loving family, five children: Suzanne, Maurice (Margot Folster) and Guy (Betty Melanson) all of Shediac, André (Wendell Cameron) of Summerside, P.E.I. , and Raymond (Mount Royal Salon) of Moncton; four grandchildren: Denis (Lise Drisdelle) of St. John, Brigitte Bourque (Victor) of Shediac, Karen Cormier of South Carolina, U.S.A., Donna Cormier of Moncton; one step-granddaughter Natasha Duplessis (René) of Grand-Barachois; four great grandchildren: Maxime, Xavier, James Alexander and Brandon; two step great grandchildren: Nicola and Patrick; three sisters: Laura Lirette (late Arthur) and Hélène Boudreau (Edmond) both of Shediac and Joséphine Tardif (late Armand) of East Angus, QC; two sisters-in-law: Leda Belliveau of Shediac and Yvette Cormier of Dieppe, her care giver Tanya Hébert and by many nieces and nephews. Besides her husband Armand (1983), she is also predeceased by one brother Arthur Belliveau, three sisters: Mélina Bourque, Lorette Belliveau and Florence Robineau and by daughter-in-law Anita Cormier. Funeral Mass will be held at 11a.m. on Thursday, January 22, 2009 at Saint-Joseph Roman Catholic Church, Shediac, N.B. Interment will be in the parish cemetery in the spring.
